Feng'er Hakka People Cultural Industry Town is located in Feng'er Village, Jiangpu Sub-district, Conghua. It is connected by the S256 provincial highway and Conghua-Zengcheng Expressway and is adjacent to the township of Paitan in Zengcheng District.

The cultural industry town covers an area of 10.98 square kilometers, most of which is mountainous and forested. There are 738 households with 3,370 Hakka people in the small village, which is divided into 22 economic cooperatives.

The cultural industry town founded Feng'er Tourism Economic Development Ltd Co in 2020. It intended to optimize the efforts made by local innovation and entrepreneurship incubation bases in the standardized breeding of "phoenix chickens", the plantation of lychee saplings and flowers, the building of dendrobium greenhouses, and the development of homestay businesses, with the aim of further increasing local people's incomes.

Meanwhile, the cultural industry town has been working on getting itself included on a list of district-level signature towns, investing more in infrastructural facilities, becoming a culture and tourism industry zone and agricultural production zone with the characteristics of the Hakka people, promoting ecological conservation in mountainous areas, strengthening investment attraction efforts, furthering the sustainable development capabilities of local collective economies, striving for the growth of local people's income in step with the improvement of their living environment, and building it into a national demonstration area of rural revitalization known for the lifestyle of the Hakka people.
