Guangzhou Wenquan Fortune Town was formally inaugurated in the district of Conghua on Oct18, 2016.

There are three business communities in its initial area. Its expansion area stresses the development of big data, artificial intelligence and education training in a move to build a new highland of modern services in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA). The land parcel of Tianhu is the core area of the town, which focuses on the building of business firms' headquarters, business clubs and convention centers.

The Hotspring Town has adopted a number of preferential policies, which cover office building, entry bonuses, economic contributions, talent incentives and listing-related fundraising, and has opened a "green channel" to accelerate administrative approvals.

It is home to over 160 financial and technology firms and advanced training programs.

It will focus on finance, technology and education, strive for the entry of risk investment firms, work stations of academicians, IAB industries and advanced education training, with a goal of becoming a new pacesetter of the modern services industry in the GBA.
