At the inoculation site in Taiping town, waiting areas and shot passages were exclusively arranged for residents over 60 years old. For residents between 60 and 75 years old, onsite medical staff will firstly evaluate their health conditions before proceeding with their shots. For residents over 75 years old, a physical checkup report issued by a hospital in 2021 is required.

At another inoculation site in Aotou town, exclusive passages are also provided for people over 60 years old to avoid queues. At the site, residents between 60 and 64 years old are able to have the inoculation if they pass an onsite physical evaluation. For residents 65 years old and above, a 2021 physical checkup report needs to be provided on top of the onsite health evaluation. According to the staff from the Aotou health service center, residents over 65 years old within the jurisdiction can go for a free physical checkup if they have not had one this year. Then, they can bring the health report to the inoculation site and receive the vaccination.

Regarding inoculations for minors, the district will focus on different age groups at different times. In July, they will focus on ages 15 to 17 years old, and expand to inoculate 12 to 14 year olds in August.

Minors under the age of 17 need to get signature approval from their parents or legal guardians before inoculation. They also need to be accompanied by an adult when receiving the jab.

As of now, the vaccines approved for minors are the inactivated vaccines by Sinopharm and Sinovac Biotech.
