The unveiling ceremony of the Guangzhou Conghua Hong Kong fellowship association was held on July 22, marking a solid step forward in Conghua's efforts in building a united front with extensive social participation.

The establishment of the association is a key step by Conghua district in providing services for Hong Kong residents living in the district, promoting communications among the Hong Kong residents and strengthening the interflow between Conghua and Hong Kong.

With the ongoing construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, more and more Hong Kong residents are coming to work, start business, study and live in Conghua. The district attaches great importance to and care about their work and life in Conghua. 

During the COVID-19 epidemic, the united work department of the CPC Conghua district committee has sent gift packs for epidemic prevention and control to the district's Hong Kong residents, organized vaccinations for them and help them to solve practical problems. Also guidance on epidemic prevention and control was provided to Hong Kong enterprises to help with their resumption of work and production.
