Water supply: Water quality conforms to hygienic standards of drinking water and the pressure of the water supplied surpasses 0.14 MPa. In particular, Conghua No 3 Water Plant provides tab water to Mingzhu Industrial Park, with a daily supply capacity of 200,000 tons.

Electricity supply: 10 KV single-loop electric cables have reached power distribution rooms within regulatory lines of land for industrial projects. There are five 110KV/10KV power transformer stations in two affiliated industrial parks of Conghua Economic Development Park. In addition, three substations have been built as alternative electricity resources.

Gas: Natural gas has become major energy for local factories. Guangzhou Conghua Zhongran City Gas Development Company Ltd. has built LNG stations and constructed gas pipelines within regulatory lines of land for industrial projects in Conghua Economic Development Park. Factories can extend their application to the gas supplier in accordance with their actual needs. Mingzhu Industrial Park is connected with the second line of the project for shipping natural gas from west to east in China, and has an installed gas supply capacity of about 90 million cubic meters per year. The price of natural gas is limited to 4.17 yuan (64 cents) per cubic meter.

Heating and cooling: Guangzhou Development Electric Power Corporation has built three substations able to provide heating and cooling services simultaneously in two affiliated industrial parks of Conghua Economic Development Park.

Sewage treatment: Two affiliated industrial parks of Conghua Economic Development Park have their own sewage treatment plants. The treatment plant in Mingzhu Industrial Park boasts a designed daily capacity of 20,000 tons. The high-tech industrial park discharges its sewage into Tianping Township Sewage Treatment Plant, the treatment capacity of which is on the same level with that of Mingzhu Industrial Park. Another treatment plant with a designed daily capacity of 50,000 tons has been under construction in the high-tech industrial park.

Communication facilities: All industrial parks can access fiber broadband connections.
