On March 26, a dialogue between youth leaders of China and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) took place in Nansha district, Guangzhou, as part of the 2nd Asian Youth Leaders Forum.
On March 21, Guangzhou held "An Evening in Guangzhou," a promotional event for foreign consulates and business delegations from Hong Kong.
"It is indeed a great honour for me to receive this 'Guangdong Friendship Award'," said Nicholas You, adviser of the Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation, in an interview with local press. "It is partially in recognition of 10 years of work with the Guangzhou Award for urban innovation."
On March 17, the Guangzhou Library hosted the opening ceremony for the urban innovation exhibition, which is part of the 2023 Guangzhou Awards. Deng Changxiong, deputy director of the foreign affairs office of the Guangzhou municipal government, attended the event.
