In 2025, Tianhe Smart City welcomed 77 new projects and is now home to over 2,500 technology enterprises. From January to November 2025, the park's total revenue reached 147.98 billion yuan ($21.25 billion), a year-on-year increase of 28 percent.

Supported by the Central Technology District (CTD) initiative, it has fostered a development model centered on platform building, resource integration, and industrial enablement.

Clusters are rapidly taking shape in the park's emerging sectors, such as the low-altitude economy, digital content, and industrial software. Key enterprises are strengthening the business ecosystem; the Guangdong Aerospace Anti-interference Technology Research Institute is advancing a specialized park for low-altitude and communication integration; Kuro Games, recognized globally after its title Wuthering Waves won the "Players' Voice" award at The Game Awards (TGA), has established its headquarters in the park, underscoring the area's appeal to top creative studios; and CH Control Technology, as a national-level "little giant" enterprise, is spearheading the collaborative development of the Greater Bay Area Industrial Software Park. This concentration of firms is fostering a more connected and synergistic industrial environment.

Through streamlined services and ongoing upgrades to infrastructure and talent development, Tianhe Smart City provides a supportive ecosystem for business growth. This integrated approach empowers corporate innovation and industrial advancement, strengthening the park's role in advancing high-quality development across the Greater Bay Area.
