Tianhe district in Guangzhou was ranked fourth in the Top 30 Benchmark Urban Districts for China's Building Economy Development and third in the Top 20 Business Districts in Competitiveness of China's Headquarters Economy, as the China Headquarters Economy (Building Economy) Development Index was recently released.

The index was introduced during the 2025 Global Headquarters Economy Conference and the Beijing Forum on China Building Economy, a high-profile thematic event held alongside the China International Fair for Trade in Services in Beijing.

Once again, Tianhe remains the only district in Guangzhou highlighted in both rankings, emphasizing its leading strength in the integrated development of the building and headquarters economies.
