Guangzhou Ouxi Business Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AWOT Global Corporation, acquired the AT101818 plot in Guangzhou International Financial City, Tianhe district, for approximately 500 million yuan ($69.80 million) on June 30.

The 6,780-square-meter plot will host Ouxi's new global headquarters complex, planned to cover 32,427 sq m, with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan.

The future headquarters will integrate corporate offices with a global logistics digital R&D center and an e-commerce industry cluster. It is expected to create 400 new jobs and generate over 10 billion yuan in annual output across logistics, digital platforms, finance, and cross-border e-commerce sectors.

AWOT Global Corporation, a logistics leader based in Tianhe, was ranked first among China's private freight firms and ninth worldwide in air cargo transportation in 2025. In 2024, it reported 8.2 billion yuan in domestic revenue, reflecting a 28.36 percent increase compared to the previous year.

Operating in over 30 domestic cities and more than 20 international markets such as the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, AWOT offers a wide range of logistics services. These include air and sea freight, multimodal transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management.
