As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, scheduled for May 31 this year, various thrilling activities are set to kick off in Tianhe district.

Zhaojing, a significant tradition of the Dragon Boat Festival in the Pearl River Delta region, involves villages sending invitations to each other to gather their dragon boats.

The Zhaojing event in Tianhe will be held on the Liede River on the morning of May 31. Later in the day, a stunning dragon boat parade will grace the river, providing a delightful blend of visual and cultural experiences.

From May 31 to June 2, there will be a grand dragon boat feast at Liede village. The Liede International Neighborhood will also feature a dragon boat market from May 24 to June 2, offering visitors a comprehensive shopping experience.

A special "water stage" and a water music venue will be created by Tianhe from May 24 to June 2, with campus bands and dragon boat races to provide attendees with an immersive audio-visual feast.

There will also be cultural drama performances titled "Gift to the World", allowing spectators to experience the profound cultural heritage of China.

From June 1 to 2, an interactive garden party will be designed for families with children, offering a meaningful Children's Day celebration.
