Tianhe district recently released several measures to accelerate the high-quality development of the high-end professional services industry, promoting specialization and upscale value chain expansion, and forming new quality productive forces.

According to the measures, businesses are set to receive financial support based on their year-on-year revenue growth, with every additional 10 million yuan ($1.38 million) in revenue garnering incremental assistance.

Enterprises operating in legal services, accounting, auditing, tax services, R&D design, inspection, testing, and intellectual property services will be eligible for one-time financial support upon reaching specific annual revenue milestones. The designated thresholds are 100 million, 500 million, 1 billion, and 2 billion yuan, corresponding support amounts of 100,000, 300,000, 500,000, and 2 million yuan, respectively.

Companies with annual revenues exceeding 500 million yuan can receive quarterly support if their revenue increases by over 50 million yuan compared to the previous year. The maximum quarterly support per enterprise is 1.5 million yuan, with a yearly cumulative cap of 5 million yuan.

Tianhe prioritizes support for urgently needed talents in key industries with shortages by compiling a list. Individuals newly introduced by high-end professional service enterprises in the last three years can receive up to 50,000 yuan each, while each enterprise can receive a maximum of 250,000 yuan annually.
