Recently, Mariam Alshamsi, consul general of the United Arab Emirates in Guangzhou, and her delegation visited the Tianhe central business district (CBD).

Through discussions, presentations, and on-site research, the delegation gained a deeper understanding of the latest economic and social developments in the Tianhe CBD.

During the meeting, Consul General Alshamsi expressed her willingness to actively participate in various local economic and trade cooperation activities through the Tianhe CBD Management Committee.

She aims to explore investment projects in the UAE, attract UAE investment entities to establish a presence in Tianhe, and facilitate the implementation of cooperation outcomes between the two countries.

Officials from the Tianhe CBD Management Committee stated that this year, Tianhe will promote Tianhe in the Middle East region through the UAE International Investment Annual Meeting and looks forward to fostering cross-border cooperation in commercial real estate, investment funds, technology industries, and more, achieving mutual benefits.

Following the meeting, the delegation visited the eastern area of the Guangzhou International Financial City, inspecting the region's development positioning, planning progress, and industry clustering.
