Besides, Tianhe utilizes the model to automatically categorize citizen inquiries from channels like the 12345 hotline through semantic analysis. This enhances assignment accuracy to 90 percent and boosts work order turnover efficiency by 40 percent.

The district will further integrate the model into its government OA system, unveiling the "Document Writing Assistant" feature.

Users can input keywords to auto-generate document frameworks, which support 15 templates, such as notifications, reports, and requests. The tool offers real-time format checks, logic optimization, intelligent proofreading, and more functions.
