Tianhe district would prioritize establishing a "12126" modern industrial system to stimulate economic growth.

The "1" refers to adhering to the industry as the top priority, and the "2" signifies the two main directions: promoting the integration of the manufacturing and service industries, transitioning towards digitalization, and going green.

Meanwhile, the "12" encompasses eight strategic industry clusters, covering software and the Internet, artificial intelligence, intelligent connected vehicles and new energy vehicles, biopharmaceuticals and health, fashion consumer goods, low-altitude economy and aerospace, intelligent equipment and robotics, intelligent construction and industrialized buildings. It includes four future industries focusing on future networks and quantum technology, cutting-edge new materials, embodied intelligence, and intelligent unmanned systems.

The "6" consists of six modern service industries: modern finance, technology services, professional services, modern commerce, cultural creativity, tourism, and leisure.

Looking ahead to 2035, Tianhe aims to create a modern industrial cluster system supported by five 100-billion yuan industries: finance, software, the Internet, professional services, modern commerce, and cultural creativity.

Moreover, it will also create five 50-billion-yuan industries: AI, intelligent equipment and robotics, biopharmaceuticals and health, intelligent connected vehicles and new energy vehicles, and technology services.

The contribution of its secondary industry, digital economy core industries, and strategic emerging industries to its GDP is expected to increase to 10 percent, 30 percent, and 35 percent, respectively.
