Tianhe transportation hub to open next year
The integrated transportation hub in the Guangzhou International Financial City, also known as the Financial City Square, was lit up during the National Day holiday from Oct 1-7 and is expected to start business next year.
The project covers a combined floor space of nearly 85,000 square meters and will integrate shopping, leisure, retail outlets, and public transport transfers. The network structure of the project's external façade adopts a unique curved shell shape and integrates the elements of Lingnan lattice windows.

All lighting of the Financial City Square adopts intelligent control modes, which can integrate design, art, music, and other elements to create a festive holiday atmosphere.
The transportation hub serves as a crucial junction on the Guangzhou-Foshan Intercity Rail. Once the east loop of the intercity line is finished, it is expected to only take 15 minutes to reach Guangzhou South Railway Station and 20 minutes to get to Baiyun International Airport from the hub.
The construction has been completed, and the project is now drawing investment interest.
