Besides, a waterfront dynamic space is planned to be built along the Tangxia River in the region. It is scheduled to feature elements like business and trade, dragon boat events, and ancient buildings, a perfect combination of tradition and modernity.

The Ancestral Hall of the Zhong Family is poised to remain in situ, with its surrounding areas planned for villagers' residential areas.

According to the planning, there will be 154 public service facilities in the region, as well as 71 transportation and municipal utilities. They include schools, medical care institutions, sports fields, cultural and art museums, and libraries.
