Tianhe devoted to improving business environment
Guangzhou's Tianhe district recently launched an action plan to carry out the version 6.0 reform in its business environment, as Oct 15 was the third Business Environment Day in the city.
According to the plan, Tianhe will closely focus on "one center" (serving high-quality development) and "two service objects" (business entities and industrial development) to develop itself into a business environment model district with a first-class market, government affairs services, rule of law and open environments and to enhance the district's competitiveness and attractiveness.

Tianhe will accelerate the construction of the comprehensive management service center at the Guangzhou International Financial City to provide enterprises one-stop services such as real estate permit applications, engineering construction and registration.
A dynamic carrier resource pool will be established in the district to sort out information related to buildings and industrial parks, and strengthen the communication and sharing of resources among government departments, commercial buildings, intermediary institutions and professional service institutions.
In addition, it will further improve the multi-level financing service system of "credit + finance + innovation", issue exclusive products for enterprises in industrial parks, and use live credit data to help small and medium-sized enterprises solve financing difficulties.
A gradient growth system for innovation subjects will also be established by Tianhe to help them get listed.

Tianhe's Read it All online service platform was launched on Oct 15 and provides 114 interpretations in the forms of Q&A sheets, charts and videos, making it easier for people and enterprises to understand how to handle relevant government affairs.
The first batch of 10 government affairs service experience officers also started working at the Tianhe Government Affairs Center. They will offer suggestions for improving government affairs services and optimizing the business environment from the perspective of "users".
"As a Tianhe enterprise, we have felt the high efficiency and convenience of government affairs services in our daily business," said Cao Tingyi, director of the Industrial Services Department at PCI Technology Group.
