Guangzhou's Tianhe district has launched a series of interpretations for high-frequency government affairs services.

These interpretations, in the forms of Q&A sheets, charts and videos, will make it easier for people and enterprises to understand how to handle relevant government affairs. This will also allow the district to better serve enterprises, and accelerate its high-quality economic development.

A special web page was also created so that enterprises and the public can easily access these new interpretations, basic information on government affairs, and guidance for different scenarios. The web page is capable guiding people in industry-related policies, and it also features a map of the available handling windows in the district.

In addition, the district created the "Yi Yue Tong Xiao (Know All at a Reading)" platform to integrate multiple service consulting channels like 5G messages, official WeChat accounts, official government websites, e-mails, intelligent robots, and self-service terminals. It can provide online video assistance in 1,782 government affairs items.

In June, Tianhe saw the establishment of 8,115 new enterprises, increasing by 13.2 percent year-on-year and ranking first in Guangzhou city. To date, there were 530,000 enterprises in the district, with an average year-on-year growth of 6.9 percent. Tianhe enterprises account for 26.5 percent of the city's total.
