The opening ceremony for the Guangdong Terminus and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) Headquarters of China Media Group (CMG) was held at the Haixinsha Asian Games theme park on April 26. 

On the same day, the GBA Consumption Season and the 3rd Live E-commerce Festival also opened there.

Shen Haixiong, head of CMG, said construction of the CMG Guangdong Terminus and the CMG Greater Bay Area Headquarters marks a new chapter in the further deepening of cooperation between CMG and Guangdong province.

CMG will continue to play an important role as the main force of the Party's publicity and reporting, and provide strong public opinion support for Guangdong's practice of striving to promote the continued modernization of China, Shen added.

During the GBA Consumption Season, a variety of live streaming and offline consumption promotional activities will be launched – along with a series of new consumption policies - to further stimulate the market and consumption potential of the Greater Bay Area.
