The Tianhe district government official website was named an excellent government affairs website in China in 2021, while its English website was shortlisted to become a foreign-language government website with the best design innovation.

In recent years, Tianhe district has been accelerating the in-depth and integrated development of its media, carrying out "internet + government affairs" reforms, strengthening platform construction, and improving service capacity.

Since the start of this year, the district, focusing on people's livelihoods, has optimized the layout of the government website, directly displaying important information such as announcements, policy interpretations, and other items.

In addition, the website allows for 1,792 government items to be handled online via computers or mobile terminals. It also offers 5G messages, intelligent robot consultations, and a VR government affairs hall.

The English website was launched on Oct 9 as a means of better communicating with the outside world.

The contents of the website are bright, colorful and rich. There are five main sections, namely "Discover Tianhe", "Media Center", "Business", "Travel" and "Life", and 23 sub-sections. The website also has a mobile version.

The district's measures to improve its websites have created an important window to showcase its strong business environment and helped provide people with convenient government services.
