The Cultural Creative Industry Conference and Tianhe Summit is an important cultural event for the district's urban development. It is committed to promoting cultural cooperation, exchange and communication in Guangzhou, and aims to become a national cultural development and exchange platform contributing to the development of China's cultural and creative industry.
This year's event focused on digitization and was composed of one main forum, nine themed forums, two competitions and a digital cultural creative achievement exhibition.
It hosted the nation's first offline e-sports commentator professional contest to help cultivate professional talent and help build Tianhe into a world-class e-sports center in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The Guangzhou fashion culture festival was also held during the event to let new products, new applications and new scenes combined with ethnic cultures and digital science become new trends.
In addition, agreements for a number of key cultural projects were signed during the event, with a total investment of nearly 7 billion yuan ($1.1 billion).
