The Tianhe district migrant workers service demonstration center was put into operation on Nov 9, becoming the first district-level demonstration center in Guangzhou that integrates government and integration services.

People from outside of Tianhe can handle government affairs such as applying for a residence permit with a single visit to the service demonstration center, while consulting services related to children's education, social security, health, housing security, welfare assistance, rights protection, and cultural facilities are also offered.

In addition, an employment and entrepreneurship center was also set up in the service demonstration center, bringing in resources from bureaus like the bureau of human resources and social security, to help people solve problems related to work, life and transportation.

Employment skills training will be carried out regularly in the center, while a live streaming base was set up to help young entrepreneurs.

Services such as psychological consultation, people's mediation and notarization can also be provided at the center for people from outside Tianhe looking to work and live in the district.
