The Jinmao Plaza, which is jointly developed by Cinda Real Estate, China Jinmao Holdings Group and Yitian Group, is scheduled to open in Tianhe district, Guangzhou in 2022.

This is the first Guangzhou project that Yitian Group has invested in.

The plaza will cover a combined floor area of 120,000 square meters, of which the parking lot will span an area of 40,000 sq m and provide more than 1,300 parking spaces.

It will be composed of seven outdoor themed areas such as the children's square, hiking trails, and the rooftop viewing gallery.

"The project will attract well-known brand stores," said a person in charge from Yitian Group.

Three anchor stores have settled in the plaza, namely Wanda's high-end cinema Huanying Studios, Reading Mi bookstore, and BLT Supermarket. It will mark the first time for Huanying Studios and Reading Mi bookstore to open a store in Guangzhou.
