Tianhe online job fair boosts talent attraction

The Tianhe Talent Base, along with 146 enterprises in the district, carried out a month-long job fair on the online recruitment platform Zhaopin and the WeChat mini program Tianhe Qipin (天河企聘) from Sept 13 to Oct 15.

A total of 8,345 resumes were received through the online job fair, and the accumulated page views of the two recruitment platforms reached 55,142.

The job fair provided more than 900 positions, with over 30,000 talent demands. They covered fields such as digital culture, finance, modern business trade, and high-end professional services as well as computer software.

A special page that introduces the talent preferential policies in Tianhe district was also set up at the recruitment platforms for such policies as employment subsidies and talent green cards.

In addition, four livestreams were conducted during the job fair to introduce the 115 positions of 11 enterprises, attracting more than 3,000 online viewers.

"Livestreaming is an emerging recruitment mode and is one of the channels for enterprises to recruit high-quality talents," said an employee from Guangzhou Youyan Network Technology's human resources department.
