As the first 5G intelligent office building in Guangzhou, the Huijin Center has been designed with 64 functions from the five dimensions of health, safety, comfort, intelligence, and services. A 360-degree panoramic view of Guangzhou city can be viewed from the building's 52nd floor and floors above.

The building is also the only landmark asset in Guangzhou that can be sold. Currently, the TOWER320, which starts on the 52nd floor, is listed on the market for sale.
