The Guangzhou International Commercial Center (ICC) will open on Sept 29 as a new landmark on Guangzhou's central axis.

With a total construction area of more than 180,000 square meters, the complex consists of office areas, a shopping mall, and Ascott and Yuexiu apartments. It highlights the concepts of intelligence, care and community to provide high-quality business and living services in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The ICC shopping mall, for example, will house South China's first Mercedes-AMG experience center and SAIC Motor Audi brand experience center, Guangzhou's first Lavazza and L'Atelier Martell flagship store, and Will's, a domestic leading fitness brand.

Known as a benchmark 5G digital economy edifice in the Tianhe CBD, the Guangzhou ICC will gather a great number of enterprises and talents to engage in communications, basic computer technology, software, internet and e-commerce.

As of now, it has brought in many of the world's top 500 enterprises and industrial leading enterprises including China Shanghai Architectural Design & Research Institute, Industrial Consumer Finance, Huaneng Renewables, China Cinda Asset Management and AsiaInfo Technologies.
