Guangzhou's Huadu district and Pedreguer in Spain officially signed a memorandum of exchange and cooperation at a ceremony in Guangzhou on April 16.

Zhan Decun, director of the foreign affairs office of the Guangzhou municipal government, together with a delegation led by Jesus Gracia Aldaz, the consul general of Spain in Guangzhou, toured Guangzhou Huadu Poly Financial Center and Guangzhou Sunac Resort to get a closer look at the city's latest achievements in finance, tourism and cultural development.

Discussions on issues such as promoting friendly exchanges between Guangzhou and Spain were also carried out between Zhan and Aldaz.
