Cloud computing has been one of Huawei's key businesses and the company vows to strengthen its efforts to promote the development of the business in the future.

Guangzhou is now pressing ahead with its IAB initiative, which focuses on developing new generation industries of information technology, artificial intelligence and biological medicine. The project will help build an industrial cluster of the new generation of information technology in Baiyun district.

Moreover, Huawei will also introduce its global partners to build complete cloud computing industrial chain in Baiyun district.

The exact location of the project has not been decided yet but according to an official from Guangzhou Baiyun technological industrial commercial and information bureau, the newly signed project will probably settle in Huangjinwei New Generation of Information and Technology and Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park (Huangjinwei Industrial Park).

Located at the crossing of the Pearl River and Liuxi River, Huangjinwei Industrial Park enjoys convenient transportation and a sound environment. In the following five to eight years, the place will be built into a city-industry integration demonstration region featuring modern industries, good ecological environment and top talents.
