Nansha promotes global talent exchange at GBA events

Nansha was invited to participate in the 2025 Hong Kong International Talent Festival and the third Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Talent High-Quality Development Conference, with the goal of promoting international talent exchange and cooperation.

At the Hong Kong International Talent Festival, Nansha established exhibition booths to showcase its urban landscape, industrial system, and talent policies, while also conducting on-site recruitment. The district enhanced its collaboration with Hong Kong by promoting mutual recognition of professional qualifications and working together to attract overseas talent.

During the Macao Talent High-Quality Development Conference, Nansha emphasized its technological innovations in areas like artificial intelligence and integrated circuits. It also presented talent subsidy policies and employment and entrepreneurship support systems to attract attention from both domestic and international professionals.

Nansha organized recruitment events at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Macao University of Science and Technology. Over 40 key enterprises participated, offering nearly 1,000 high-level positions in advanced fields such as AI and biomedicine. The events received enthusiastic responses from students.

Furthermore, Nansha launched a multi-city campus recruitment campaign nationwide, offering over 5,600 job opportunities to bolster the development of the Greater Bay Area as a high-level talent hub.
