Nansha excels with new 'little giant' enterprises

The seventh batch of national "little giant" enterprises was recently unveiled by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, with 17 companies from Nansha district making the cut.

"Little giant" enterprises are those specializing in niche industries that make use of cutting-edge technologies, command a high market share, and boast strong innovative capacity and core technologies.

Nansha achieved a remarkable 43.59 percent approval rate for its applications, leading Guangzhou city and far surpassing the city's average of 29 percent.

The district currently boasts 53 national "little giant" enterprises, marking a 47.22 percent year-on-year increase and showcasing its strong innovative momentum.
