The Tianjin University session of the 2025 "Million Talents Gather in South Guangdong" N-City Joint Autumn Recruitment Campaign was held on Sept 24.
Organized by Guangzhou's Nansha district, the event showcased over 2,900 positions from 60 companies, with many offering annual salaries of 200,000 to 1 million yuan ($2,804-140,200). It drew about 1,500 students, collected 700+ resumes, and formed 408 preliminary job intentions, surpassing expectations.

Before the fair, Nansha officials and Tianjin University discussed strengthening employment cooperation to align talent. During the event, Nansha highlighted its advantages and support policies, like tiered housing assistance and free short-term accommodation for interviews and onboarding, showing its commitment to attracting young talent.
Leading companies like China Railway Tunnel Group and GAC Toyota engaged with students at recruitment booths, facilitating talent-job matching. The spring session added over 1,000 positions, showing Nansha's rising appeal as a talent hub.
Moving forward, Nansha will launch a nationwide campus tour to expand talent partnerships, further integrating young professionals with the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
