The annual lotus season is here, with early summer lotus blossoms painting a refreshing summer tableau. Join us as we explore the first batch of lotus flowers in Nansha this summer.

The lotus pond at Dongchong Park exudes a captivating charm, with graceful lotus flowers, traditional Lingnan-style pavilions, and meandering corridors providing an ideal setting for capturing its allure.

The pond is embellished with water lilies, their delicate petals floating atop the clear water, while fish frolic playfully. The scene is animated by the presence of children at play, elders immersed in chess, and morning exercisers, creating a lively atmosphere.

Within the lotus pond at Dawen village, tiers of lotus leaves draw the eye, while dragonflies alight on flower buds and lotus blossoms dance gracefully in the breeze, releasing a delicate fragrance.

Additionally, some lotus ponds are currently undergoing construction, with walkways being built to provide visitors with a closer view of the lotuses in the near future.

In the lotus pond in Xili village, pink flower buds gracefully rise from the water, while fully or partially bloomed lotus flowers display their exquisite pink and white petals around light yellow stamens, all framed by lush green leaves.

Taking a leisurely stroll along the pond in the early morning or evening is a truly delightful experience. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Nansha this summer and behold the captivating beauty of lotus flowers.
