The facade of the Golden Bowl of the Nansha Futures Industry Park on Hengli Island, Nansha district, has been completed.

The park, covering 150,000 square meters, is entering the final stages of exterior curtain wall installation, interior finishing, and outdoor landscaping, with completion expected later this year.

The Nansha Futures Industry Park includes the Golden Bowl, its industry exchange center, which covers 7,293 sq m and can host more than 600 people upon completion. This venue will host large-scale exhibitions, industry seminars, scientific research studies, cultural exchanges, and leisure and entertainment activities.

The rooftop of the Golden Bowl has been equipped with 210 photovoltaic glass panels. These panels generate electricity and provide 20 percent light transmittance to meet indoor lighting needs during the day, while reducing direct sunlight exposure to achieve thermal insulation effects. This design is expected to save approximately 50 percent of the building's common area lighting electricity consumption annually.

Upon completion, the project is set to focus on the future, finance, and information technology industries. By attracting high-quality sectors and enterprises, the park aims to establish a national large-scale futures financial enterprise and a headquarters economic service platform, fostering industry aggregation and coordinated development.
