The supporting community commercial center for Phase III of the Xinxin Industrial Park — part of the Nansha Science and Technology Innovation Center — has completed construction. As the first commercial facility supporting the Integrated Circuit Industrial Park, the project marks a key milestone in enhancing industrial and lifestyle infrastructure in Nansha district.
Located in Nansha, with a planned total construction area of approximately 223,000 square meters, the project includes four high-standard smart factories, a power plant to support production, three apartment-style dormitories, and a range of essential facilities such as a community commercial center.
Designed as a model for industry-city integration, the project will establish a full-service lifestyle complex that brings together dining, retail, talent housing, and entertainment. This upgrade will enhance the industrial supporting capabilities of the region, providing a convenient and diverse consumption platform for park enterprises, talents, and residents.
The center, with a total construction area of about 11,000 sq m, is set to welcome premium retailers and food outlets such as McDonald's and Starbucks, delivering high-quality living amenities to the area and creating a vibrant social space for the community.
Adding to its appeal, the rooftop of the center features a multifunctional activity platform equipped with running tracks, basketball courts, fitness equipment, and leisure areas, providing a rich recreational experience for the area. The commercial center is expected to open in the first half of 2026, setting the stage for a more connected, livable, and future-ready Nansha.
