The construction of the Cultural Service Center and Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Center began in Nansha on April 1. Located in Lanhe town in the district's northern region, the project represents a major step forward in Nansha's cultural development.

With a total investment of over 120 million yuan ($16.4 million), this comprehensive cultural landmark will integrate multiple functions, including revolutionary history preservation, intangible cultural heritage exhibitions, library services, multifunctional event spaces, and folk cultural experiences, injecting new vitality into the cultural development of Nansha.

The project, scheduled for completion in the first half of 2027, is set to have a total land area of over 10,000 square meters with a total floor space exceeding 17,000 sq m. Designed with multiple functional zones, it is poised to become a new landmark in Lanhe town, accommodating the needs of both residents and visitors.

A 10-story hotel will be built adjacent to the southeast side of the Cultural Service Center and Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Center. Featuring 120 guest rooms, restaurants, conference halls, and leisure areas, this addition will support the growing demand for cultural display and rural tourism needs driven by Lanhe town's cultural industry upgrade.
