The third Nansha Cherry Blossom Festival will be held from March 17 to 30 at the Shibaluohan Mountain Forest Park.
It will feature a wide variety of activities, such as cherry blossom garden tours, cherry blossom art exhibitions, an evening gala, and group weddings, offering a spring extravaganza that combines natural beauty, cultural experiences, and industry collaboration and showcases Nansha's innovative practices for the integrated development of culture and tourism.
Having hosted two editions of the Cherry Blossom Festival, Dagang town has garnered immense popularity, sparked discussions and even trended on social media. The mountain is hailed as the best cherry blossom viewing spot in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area, attracting over 650,000 visitors.
This year's festival will connect the town's cultural and tourism offerings through sporting events, countryside picking, creative markets, cultural performances, and more, featuring over 20 activities in total. Innovatively blending tourism with culture, agriculture, industry, and food, the festival aims to leverage the town's natural environment, culture, and resources to drive tourism.
