World-renowned football player unveils studio in Nansha

Qu Chuliang, one of China's most renowned football players, opened a football club at the Jiaomen River Community Sports Center on Oct 8.

He went on to hold various other roles such as assistant coach for the Chinese men's football team, coach for the Chinese women's football team, and lecturer at the Asian Football Confederation.

Qu still enjoys widespread recognition and influence in today's football industry. The establishment of this studio is the first and currently the only one of its kind in China. It is expected to contribute to youth football training, the development of football players and their skills, talent management, and the integration of sports and education in Nansha.

Last October, Qu was appointed as the honorary principal of the youth amateur sports school in Nansha and was given the title of consultant for campus football.
