Construction begins on Nansha Pearl Bay Area's underground project

On Sept 23, construction work on the Guangzhou Nansha Pearl Bay Area Starting Area Phase II (Hengli Island Tip) Land Development Project entered a new construction phase.

The area includes an underground ring road and a public underground space, as well as a comprehensive pipe gallery.

It is located in the core area of the Pearl Bay starting area, with a total length of 1,080 meters and an area of 51,600 square meters.

The project is expected to be completed by September 2026 and will help develop and improve the district's transportation infrastructure.
