Located in Nansha's Hengli Industrial Park, the production line for soybean products at Beidahuang Zhongken (Guangdong) Food Technology began trial operations in May this year.

Workers here are dressed in sterile work clothes and busy on the production line. The machines are capable of grinding beans, cooking soy milk, and solidifying soy milk to make tofu. Workers only need to pay attention to the parameters of the machines and cleaning tasks.

With the help of this efficient production process, freshly made tofu and dried bean curd, which have short shelf lives, are being delivered to supermarkets and fresh food stores across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Jiang Limin, head of the company, stated that the company chose Nansha to set up its production lines because of the district's excellent location. Nansha has convenient transportation infrastructure and a developed economy, and is both the geographic center of the Greater Bay Area and a key node on the Belt and Road.

The Hengli Industrial Park has already attracted many food-related companies. The cluster represents a gathering of various aspects of people's eating and drinking needs, encompassing high-quality grains, vegetables, tea, and more. A "central kitchen" for the Greater Bay Area is beginning to take shape.
