Nansha to stage group wedding ceremony in Dongchong town

Guangzhou's Nansha district plans to hold its 5th group wedding ceremony on Sept 22 in Water Street, Dongchong town. A dozen of couples will be selected to participate in the ceremony, from the ranks of registered couples. The deadline for registration is 5 pm on Aug 25.

The registration criteria are as follows: couples who obtained their marriage certificates between Jan 1, 2022 and Sept 1, 2023, and individuals who live, study, or work in Nansha.

Each pair of participating couples will receive great gifts, including a pair of wedding shoes and a gift box of cookies.

The group wedding in Dongchong town is very special, showcasing local traditional wedding customs, creating romantic memories just for the newlyweds.
