Nansha to foster cooperation with HK via liaison office

The unveiling ceremony of the Nansha liaison office, for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, was held at the Nansha's government-enterprise communications and service center on July 7.

The liaison office is expected to host multiple events, including exchange visits and business conferences between Hong Kong and Nansha. It aims to be the first stop for young folks and businesses from Hong Kong to enter and explore opportunities in Nansha.

In addition, the event featured the launch of a service information platform for Nansha-based private enterprises.

The platform includes eight sections, covering news updates, policy highlights and educational training, to promote information exchanges between private enterprises, business professionals and various business associations.

The establishment of the liaison office and the introduction of the service information platform is said to mark a significant milestone in fostering cooperation and collaboration between Hong Kong and Nansha.

The initiatives seek to boost understanding, cultivate economic ties and provide Hong Kong's youth and enterprises with opportunities to explore Nansha as a destination for employment, entrepreneurship and development.
