In order to implement the Master Plan of Guangzhou Nansha on Deepening Comprehensive Co-operation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao with Global Perspective (hereinafter referred to as the "Nansha plan") and showcase the development achievements and the favorable environmentthe Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the "Greater Bay Area Talent Tour" Academic Program (hereinafter referred to as the "program"), advised by the talent office of the CPC Guangzhou municipal committee and sponsored by the talent development bureau of Guangzhou Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hong Kong Quality and Talent Migrants Association and Macao Professional Development Association, will be held by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao talent cooperation office in the Greater Bay Area from August 20 to 25. Based in Nansha, Guangzhou, and facing the world, the program is designated to be a high-quality academic study program for talents crossing Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, which will boost the regional and industrial development of the Greater Bay Area.

Please be noted that no fees will be charged to talents for this program, and the program organizers will unitary arrange the accommodation, catering and transportation (excluding round-trip flights and others alike).

Gain 1: Discovery of the huge potential for coordinated development of the Greater Bay Area

Participants of this Program will have tours in Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao, and study and experience the industrial development, social construction and ecological civilization of the three cities. They will visit universities, scientific research institutes and well-known enterprises to have an in-depth understanding of the overall situation of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area, close experience of the construction and development achievements of the Greater Bay Area and comprehensive knowledge of the future development plan of the Greater Bay Area.

Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao, the core cities in the Greater Bay Area, enjoy superior geographical locations, abundant resources, the prosperous economy and diverse cultures. During this program, participants will have well-rounded tours to the Victoria Harbour, Dashan Ba Archway, Canton Tower, Wing Hing Fong and other representative urban scenic spots to perceive the charming and unique Lingnan culture and customs of the Greater Bay Area that spans ancient and modern times as well as east and west.

The program arranges face-to-face exchanges with first-class enterprises and institutions in the Greater Bay Area, and offers high-end posts for doctors and postdoctors from top-ranking enterprises such as the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), the Greater Bay Area Institute of Precision Medicine (Guangzhou), the Institute of Software Application Technology, Guangzhou and Chinese Academy of Sciences (GZISCAS), the Guangzhou Institute of Industrial Intelligence, the Guangzhou Institute of Advanced Technology, the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, CAS, Guangzhou Chuangrui Health Technology, Guangzhou CAS Cogniser Technology, and TCR CURE Biopharma Technology.

Graduates from top 150 universities in the QS World University Rankings (universities ranked among the top 150 by at least two of the three ranking systems as the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, the QS World University Rankings and the Shanghai Ranking's Academic Ranking of World Universities) or doctoral candidates and post-doctorates from top 150 universities by subject ranking at home and abroad (including Hong Kong and Macao).

In fact, for outstanding talent, the above limitations are not necessarily fixed!

In the event, we will also categorize and sort the CVs of the registered talents, and send them to top-tier companies and organizations in the Greater Bay Area for recommendation based on talent's will.

Over hundreds of high-quality job opportunities with high pay will be offered in this event. Participants are encouraged to send CVs and apply for desired jobs or submit start-up proposals. Once these applications are approved, sponsors will arrange customized visits, exchanges and communications with intended enterprises or institutions.

Guangzhou: Experience of Guangdong culture, Guangzhou's "talent receptions", Nansha planning exhibition hall, key scientific research platforms in Nansha district, experience of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao communities.

Hong Kong: Well-known universities in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Science Park, Hong Kong Cyberport.

Macao: Well-known universities in Macao, Conselho do Planeamento Urbanístico (Macao Urban Planning Council).
