Nansha strives to construct its State-level pilot project

Guangzhou recently held a press conference on its comprehensive pilot project to expand and open up the service industry in Guangzhou, local media outlets reported on Jan 15.

Nansha district is making efforts to build a "buy global, sell global" cross-border trade channel in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In addition, Nansha will further implement system-based opening up. Corporate income tax in the district will be reduced to 15 percent for enterprises in the relevant service sectors that are eligible.

Nansha plans to accelerate the growth of major innovation platforms. It will continue to plan and build Nansha Science City at a high level, giving full play to Hong Kong University of Science and Technology's innovative radiation project.

Nansha is also expected to improve the facilitation of trade and investment. It will accelerate the construction of important platforms such as the comprehensive bonded zone.
