Nansha tops off 1st community for scientific talents

Nansha's very first community for scientific and technological talents was fully capped on Jan 6 in Nansha Science City, aiming to attract more high-end talents to settle in Nansha.

The community is located in the core area of the science city's global ocean science and engineering innovation center, where more than 10 industrial research institutions, such as the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology and the Guangdong Aerospace Research Academy, have been stationed in the area.

The community is about 400 meters away from Nanheng Station of Metro Line 4, and also provides fast access within the science city via the Pearl Bay Bridge.

It is also convenient for the residents to travel by boat since the Nansha International Cruise Home Port and the Nansha Passenger Port are located within 5 kilometers of the community.

In order to build the first special zone for international talents in China, Nansha has formulated a series of preferential policies for talents such as housing subsidies, to attract a large number of outstanding youths to set up roots here.
