The Nansha district foreign affairs office and the Nansha district culture, broadcasting, tourism, and sports bureau jointly held an event spotlighting its local folk customs on July 30 for members of the district's international community, which included expats, as well as people from Hong Kong and Macao people.
As one of the district's international community activities, the event attracted 52 participants from 16 countries and regions, including Russia, Germany, Canada, Colombia, New Zealand, Japan, Laos, Pakistan, as well as India.
The event provided opportunities for participants to appreciate the culture of Nansha and experience local traditional folk customs, enriching their understanding of Nansha, as well as facilitating communications and exchanges among them.
