A Nansha service centre in Hong Kong has been inaugurated with an opening event that took place on July 20.
Nansha's business and investment environment was promoted online in the special administrative region for the event, and questions were taken from Hong Kong guests in attendance.
The centre's aim is to learn from Hong Kong's model and to act as a bridge between the development zone in Guangzhou and Hong Kong to boost cooperation between the two areas.
Hong Kong-based enterprises, as well as international enterprises with branches in the SAR, will be able to enjoy streamlined services to encourage more engagement with Nansha.
In recent years, more than 3,000 enterprises from Hong Kong and Macao have settled in Nansha, with investments totalling more than 100 billion USD. More than 300 innovative teams from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan have also been enticed to the area.
