Nansha ranks 1st in Guangzhou in social governance

The "Kapok Index" measuring Guangzhou's social governance in the first quarter of 2022 was released recently, in which Nansha district topped the list with a score of 85.75, local media outlets reported on June 14.

Among the five categories monitored, Nansha ranked first in Guangzhou for the indemnification of the law, with a score of 20.31, and for moral construction, with a score of 4.8. In addition, it ranked second in social security, with a score of 46.57. 

The "Kapok Index" reflects a city's social governance efficiency through routine monitoring and data-based evaluations. It has five monitoring categories: social security, indemnification of the law, moral construction, public participation, and intelligent support.
