Nansha released a guideline recently, requiring particular guidance and control criteria for the top design, roof equipment, three-dimensional greening and other seven areas of the structure.
The guiding and controlling objects include the roofs of nine categories of buildings, such as tower high-rise buildings, non-apartment residential buildings and independent public buildings.
The guideline covers a total area of 17 square kilometers and focuses on three blocks: Jiaomen River Central Area, Pearl Bay Starting Area, and Nansha Bay Area.
Controlling the overlook view of development projects is critical to establishing Nansha's overall image as an international first-class metropolis and shaping the city's overall style with distinct characteristics.
