Nansha's second intelligent library opens in Pearl Bay

Nansha's second smart library has opened in Pearl Bay for trial operation since February and has attracted thousands of visitors so far, local media outlets reported on Feb 25.

The library occupies a 60-square-meter space, provideing a public reading area with a strong sense of space.

Face recognition is used in the intelligent library for door opening, book borrowing, self-help, and other services.

This library offers about 3,000 books in several categories, including arts and literature, natural science, children's books, and others.

At present, the intelligent library is open from 9 am to 4 pm every day.
