Nansha to build 107 transport stations

Nansha District Public Transport Station Layout Plan (2022-2035) was officially announced on Feb 17.

The planning area of the project is approximately 803 square kilometers. The short-plan lasts to 2025, and the long-term plan lasts to 2035.

The required area of Nansha public transport station for 2035 is 557,100 square meters. The present Nansha public transport station area is about 64,750 square meters, far smaller than the demand.

A total of 107 public transport stations are planned, with an area of 559,455 square meters.

According to the plan, Nansha will build 32 public transport stations with a total area of 180,845 square meters by 2025. There will be one first-level bus station, three second-level bus stations and 28 general bus stations.
